Dressed in brilliant heavenly gold, this sweet white wine is vinified in traditional vats and then matured for one year in French Oak barrels. Our finest grapes are hand-picked from specially selected matured vines, over 60 years old, by successive sorting at late harvesting. This aging gives the “Cadillac” hints of sweet vanilla and toasted flavors in a well-balanced harmonic bouquet of candied fruit aromas. Absolutely delicious.
